This place was amazing!! We picked it in particular for the kitchen space. It allowed for a wonderful evening with dinner prepared by a chef as we watched and lingered around the dining table. Great gathering place!!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the gracious home. It was very well appointed, comfortable, spacious - like home but at the beach! Kitchen had most everything you could want. Reasonable walking distance to everything and the beach. The fenced in backyard was especially nice for letting dogs out in the early a.m. Neighborhood is terrific - very quiet and the next door neighbor was delightful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to our hosts for making this a nice, relaxing get away (though it did take us a day or so to figure out the TV). Great property!

This house was lovely to enjoy for a week. Great layout to hang with family and enough space to be able to find a spot to enjoy some peace and quiet for a bit. Amenities were great and was able to find everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!!

Beautiful , Well stocked, with high end decor and furniture. Our family with 3 sets of adult kids with 3 kids under 4 spread out and enjoyed all the bedrooms. Walking distance to the best restaurants ( less than 5 min to Fins and dogfish) yet it was a quiet tree lined street. We all got “away” from the kids but were not far if needed. It was a 15 minute walk to Funland and the beach. The well stocked home came with a wagon to take to the beach and it really worked on the sand! Of course a 5 min drive with parking passes could be used if walking is not your thing. Did I mention a great playground is down the street? Oh and the basement is jam packed with board games and of course a pool table and more. Older kids would enjoy it more than younger kids but it was still a great getaway. Oh because we got the linen service it comes with not just the sheets but loads of towels ! Thanks for sharing this great home with our gang.

Beautiful house. Top-notch furnishings. Huge, well-stocked kitchen. Really close to town on a quiet street. The basement pool/game room was awesome. The included beach chairs and umbrellas saved us a bunch in rentals. We can’t wait to come back.

Well kept house for our extended family vacation. Plenty of space for 9 of us and 10 min walk to the beach. Loved being about to walk to shops and restaurants. Outdoor space was beautiful, and kitchen was spacious. Should have utilized the 2nd floor sitting area more, but so much to do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 302 Laurel! The house was perfect for entertaining and the kitchen was amazing, well stocked and beautifully decorated! We wanted for nothing! This beautiful beach home provided a wonderful setting to celebrate a family member`s 70th birthday! Our family and friends very much enjoyed the large, light-filled rooms, the comfortable and attractive furnishings, the easy walk to town and the boardwalk, and the added bonus of the basement game room! The home was very clean, and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week had been provided by the owners. We are all looking forward to booking a stay at this great beach house next year! Overall we loved this home. However, the bathrooms were not as clean as we had expected, dirty cups and sink was not clean. Also, the refrigerator water and ice dispenser did not work upon check in. I called immediately but no one came to check until Monday. And then a repairman on Tuesday did not fix the issue or communicate the plan to repair. Our multigenerational family of 10 spent a wonderful week in Rehoboth, at this first-class house which was perfectly suited for our needs. Located in a lovely neighborhood only a few minutes walk into town and 5 minutes drive to an uncrowded, clear water, gentle wave beach gave us a bucolic base from which to explore, adventure, or relax. The house is exceptionally well equipped, the layout works well for large groups, the outside was private for dining al fresco. We hope to return soon. Amazing, beautiful new home. One of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, tons of seating and space to hang out. Location is ideal!! Lovely, quiet street. Not only quick, lovely walk to beach and boardwalk, but within 2 short blocks of a lovely park on the river and in the other direction another park at the circle in addition to a couple great coffee shops. I asked the family over diner, ‘name one thing you would change about this property’- complete silence, no one could think of anything wrong. Kids loved the basement and we loved sending them down there to have a drink in the back yard or the awesome kitchen counters. Quick bike ride into town for food/drinks and just as quick to get to the beach. Can’t wait to go back. I am very picky about where I stay - cleanliness is most important. This house was PERFECTION! It was extremely clean, large, comfortable, and centrally located.
