Ala Moana Center, the Honolulu Convention Center, Chinatown, and Diamond Head are easy to reach by car or public transit. Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away depending on traffic. A rental car is optional here, since Waikiki and much of Honolulu are very walkable, with rideshare and the bus system covering the rest.
