This condo is spacious and has 2 bedrooms that can sleep 7 comfortably. Vail transit system picks up close to condo which is very helpful. Communication about parking permit was an issue. My vehicle got booted the first night which cost me $140 which caused a bad vibe for our first day for skiing. I was concerned about this issue from previous reviews which I addressed before booking. They finally gave me an online parking reservation through Simply Permits and I had no more issues afterward. Vacasa did re-imburse my $140. They do need to give better communication about the parking permits before the guests arrive to avoid this continuous problem.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Sue. While we are glad to know that you found our condo spacious and sleeping setup is comfortably arranged, we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the parking process. To clarify, we provide the parking info within your check-in email which is sent out 24 hours prior to arrival. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused your party. This has since been updated internally and should not pose further issues. We hope that the compensation offered helps to alleviate the impact of your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!

Super nice and cozy, well located apartment close to the slopes in Lionshead and Vail Village. Love the area and doggie parks nearby too. Local residents were super nice. I’ve have had excellent exoeriences. Thank you

Very clean, updated. Kitchen is nice. Stayed with another couple in this two bedroom place. I should have noted the 1 1/2 bathroom on the listing. I would have preferred two full baths, but we made it work. There are bus stops close by, but early season schedule was every two hours, so we didn't use it. Overall nice place, easy to rent with Vacasa.

We loved how the bus to vail village was so easily accesible. It was a quick walk across the parking lot to a short set of stairs and the bus stop is right there. It’s too bad the bus doesn’t run more regularly but I recommend you check the schedule ahead of time. The Airbnb was clean, and the perfect entertaining space with the kitchen and open dining room with a nice long dining table. The reason this place isn’t 5 stars is because the fireplace was broken, like the glass piece was sitting on the ground, so it was inaccesible. The parking was unfortunate because there is only one spot so the other guest had to part a mile away, though thankfully Sandstone parking is free - if you can even get a spot! Finally, the decor is admittedly not in good taste. I hate to complain about it but part of your stay is that the space is “instagrammable” and this space is not. For the price and location though, it’s worth a short stay!
Manager response:

Many trails, parks, and creeks nearby. Hiking, dog walking, town is relatively close. Walkable. Safeway close. Quiet location. Outside of hustle and bustle. Bus stop close, ample parking. Comfortable sleep. Well outfitted kitchen. All good. Well priced. Would definitely stay again.
