Parking Notes: Outdoor parking is available for 2 cars, between the two parking garages ... in spaces #106. (Clearance is 6’10', less in winter). Condo #106 is located on the first floor above the first parking garage. There is an elevator/stairs at the entrance of the second parking garage. Parking passes are located in the unit.
There is a 2 car maximum for this complex. Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site, and there is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.
Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.

Overall a very nice place to stay.

Pros: amazing views from the front deck and the great room, easy check-in/check-out, wifi worked great, nice fireplace, nice beds with comfortable (but firm!) memory foam mattresses. Great location between town and the lakes, and easy access to ski-in/ski-out. Parking was also easy and very close to the unit.
Cons: overall the unit was clean but there were some areas under the dining room table and couch that were not vacuumed and had food debris. Also there were 3 TVs and a lot of remotes, some of which appeared to not work properly, which made operation difficult. We were not able to figure out how to use the Smart TV features. The cable worked however. Instructions on how to operate the TVs would have been helpful. Also the heating was a bit difficult to get just right, one of the bedrooms tended to get really hot while the other bedroom stayed cold. Probably an issue with the vents, we tried to adjust them with some success. Also the windows to the bedrooms open up to the public hallway, so if you want any privacy you need to keep them closed and shuttered.

Overall just a few minor issues that if resolved, would take this place from very good to great. Would stay here again in the future.

Pros: Nice View, Remodeled Kitchen, Quiet Area.

Cons: Master toilet constantly ran every 5 minutes. Very tight Master room with sliding closet door heavy and broken off rail with small closet/drawers and NO dresser space, and HARD BEDS. Several bugs and huge spiders in bathrooms. TVs won't show what channel or guide, and don't work well. TV off center in living room gives the entire room an odd appearance. Stains on covers for dining room table(pasta or sauce of some sort). Front door makes very annoying sound when opening and closing. Balcony is a bit dirty, lonely and unkempt. Needs some TLC.

The issues were hard to push aside, especially after calling for service to no answer or call back. Issues became annoying after the second night. We got help from another owner at The Bridges, since we couldn't get in contact. We felt very ignored, couldn't seem to be comfortable, and left early for another accomodation.

I’ve been traveling to the Mammoth Lakes area every year for the past 10 years. This has to be one my favorite condos. Super quiet and wonderful views. Management on the property also did a great job ensuring that we were well accommodated and also checked for safety in general. The condo was very clean and the kitchen layout was great with lots of countertop place for food prepping. The best part is the price. It’s definitely a deal for a condo like this!

Exterior of the building looks a little dated, but the inside is completely remodeled. Most of the unit is carpeted, which is harder to keep clean. Patio has great views of the mountains and a lake very far away. Parking has height restrictions -- thankful our cargo carrier just barely made it under. Parking spots very convenient to the unit. Vacasa does a great job of prepping this vacation rentals.

This Bridges condo was good for us! It was extremely clean and well stocked with dishes, cups etc. My only complaints would be that it needs a new oven & microwave. Neither one could get a temperature or timer correct. Also a new coffeemaker would be nice ( even another Mr Coffee one. I feel vacationers rent a nice place like this to have breakfast and maybe a meal or two so having things that work properly would be good!

The home was nice, in a convenient location, and you can ski/walk to the ski resort. All the amenities are nice; the home was well-equipped. Just a word of caution....if you leave anything valuable behind, you won't get it back because they have dishonest cleaning staff and/or Property Manager.

The location was good and the place was clean. However, there were several broken items - fireplace, closet door, shower door, etc. Also, note that they only provide one set of travel toiletries for only one bathroom (even though the place has two bathrooms) and they do not replenish them. There is a very small hot water heater so the hot water runs out after three showers. We called and emailed customer service and they were able to remedy some of the items.

Excellent in/out is right at the end of the building. The condo has nice furniture, very comfortable memory foam mattresses, and a beautiful Mountain View. There’s a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway. The gas fireplace makes it super cozy. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it easy to dry snow gear. Excellent water pressure for hot showers after a day in the slopes. The only negatives were that most of the frying pans are really warped and the WIFI was occasionally slow (but working). But that’s minor and the positives are so many that it warrants a 5 star.

This unit needs to be outfitted to accommodate outdoor activities such as skiing and biking. This unit is great as a hotel room, but needs improvement for a ski-in-ski-out facility.

We stayed here in the summer and the surroundings are superb! The condo is smaller than others we've stayed in. It's well maintained but compact. It's also part of a larger complex. We personally prefer something more private or removed from neighbors. The views are stunning and the access to the Lakes region is great. Also, it's more updated than most in this price range. I'm sure the ski-in and ski-out in the winter makes it even more special!

The unit has a wonderful view, inside the unit was very clean, but the balcony was full of debris. Nice kitchen and living area. Small bedrooms. Nice furnishings. Airy and light.
The front door should have a deadbolt lock. Missing bathroom screen. Toilet seat deteriorated. Overall very nice, but excessive $200 cleaning? charge.
