Tucked away among the Sierra Star Golf Course’s beautiful greens, with a gorgeous view of the Sherwin Mountains, this property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Eagle Express and Little Eagle Lodge are approximately 350 yards from this property, and the Green Line shuttle stop is about 125 yards away at the end of the street.

There is a mudroom in the entrance that leads to an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player, and the kitchen features high-end appliances and modern fixtures, as well as a dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an attached bathroom while the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and a queen-size bed. The main bedroom also has a TV with a DVD player, and both bedrooms have new bedding. This property also features wireless internet, a private washer and dryer, and underground parking for one car with an extra space outside for a second car. If you decide to bring your bike, you will have storage space in the garage, but be sure to bring your own lock.

With a pool for the summer and excellent slopes nearby for skiing in the winter, this cozy condo ideal is for a small family or a couples retreat, especially if you're looking for some relaxation and fun along the way. You can also enjoy hikes, bike rides, and even work on your short game by squeezing in a round of golf at the Sierra Star Golf Course.

Parking Notes: Parking Passes and a garage door opener are located inside the condo. There is one reserved parking space in the underground garage. Use the provided garage door opener, and park in space #110 (7'6' clearance, less in winter). There is an exit door at the front of the garage that leads back to your condo. Your condo key will unlock the access doors of the garage. There are a few unmarked parking spaces in the garage, which are first come, first served. There is also some outdoor parking as well.
There is a $150 charge for not returning the garage door opener !!!
There is a 2 car maximum for this complex. Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site, and there is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.
Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.

Great view of the golf course and mountain's. Place was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Quiet area.

Clean and maintained well. Enclosed gated garage is a plus when it snows or if one worries about bears. Could use better lighting in the two bedrooms and fans for the summer months. I have stayed in this condo multiple times and prefer it above all others in the area.

My friends and I had so much fun staying there as the place was big enough as explained, very clean, and very close to the downtown. The only downside is the checking in being at 4pm which is usually at 3pm and the checking out being at 10am which is usually 11am everywhere else I have stayed. 10am is too early to get up, pack, have breakfast, clean, and leave.

I have rented this condo several times and made some critical comments last year. The owners made changes, including better lighting and upgrades with safety equipment. The condo was cleaner and the housekeeping was very good. Towels had scent of chlorine and the kitchen was neat and clean. I plan to rent this condo at least 2-3 more times in 2021 if it is available.

I have rented this condo many times. There are some simple, but nice upgrades such as the appliances. Showers have good water pressure and the beds are comfortable. The condo can be on the darker side due to lower wattage bulbs so we bring our own LED bulbs for the kitchen counter area. This condo has a garage so no worries about ice, snow and bears for our vehicle. I have rented this condo again two weeks from now as the owners are reliable.

Nice, quiet location with a 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge! The interior of the condo was comfortable and clean. Parking is right in front of the condo and the whole property is nicely maintained. We will be back!

Clean and neat. No shoe policy good. But TV in living room did not receive many channels and needs repair. Bedroom TV ok. Customer should know one bedroom does not have a TV.

My girlfriend and I booked this place based on the price and appearance, and we truly got a great value. A spacious place, very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, and a well-appointed kitchen. The master bed has a very comfortable king sized bed, and both bathrooms are spacious, with a tub in the 2nd bathroom. The view from the patio was spectacular (it was fall, so the aspens just off the green were golden!) VERY quiet, so if you wish to have a place that gives you a nice quiet and peaceful location, this is it.

The condo was comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the view over the golf course and mountains beyond was stunning. Great location which was close to bike paths and easy walk to business district. We were disappointed, however, to learn the pool and spa had been under construction for the last several months.

Very nice unit with pretty view.

Garage stairs rather steep. Recommended parking in front & taking luggage, etc. in via path so no stairs. Easy to roll luggage to unit.

It has come to our attention that the problem with the refrigerator/freezer during our stay has been plaguing the uit for years. We hope that they follow through with a replacement before renting the unit again.

The place was clean and very equipped. We didn't have a need for anything except for maybe some ear plugs and fans. The golf course is right out side the master bedroom window and they were mowing the lawns very, very early on a Friday morning.
