In addition to on-site golf, the home is within easy reach of miles of gorgeous beaches and nearby dining. Guests will also have the option to access Wyndham's on-site resort amenities including three pools, a playground, tennis courts, and a fitness center (for an additional fee).

The spacious interior features vaulted ceilings, strong natural lighting, and an open layout designed for family-friendly comfort. The kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking with all major appliances (including dishwasher), cookware, and utensils. There's breakfast bar seating and the adjacent dining table can seat guests as well. In the evenings, unwind beside the cozy electric fireplace in the step-down living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. The fully screened lanai offers filtered fairway views through the trees and comes furnished for outdoor living and alfresco dining with table seating for everyone.

All three bedrooms are equipped with TVs for guest convenience. Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite featuring a soaking tub and standalone shower. The second guest bedroom includes private access to an open-air deck. Great for younger guests, the upstairs bedroom features a playful coastal theme and a custom barn-style sliding door.
