We all family stayed 3days and there was perfect place for our family. Very convenient location and all three each room has separate private bathrooms.
We really enjoyed this apartment.
Thank you!!!

We had a total of 16 in two apartments( #16 and #13)and this could fit all of us at the table and living room, and counter with bar stools. The coffee maker had no coffee pots. The beds were hard. Some of the T.V.'s didn't work. It was close to town and the gondola was right across the street. Games and books. Steep two flights of stairs from garage to apartment. Heated pool. Cute furnishings. Really liked white towels and bedding which was very clean. The important thing was, we could be together. We could eat together at #16 and we could all go to #13. They were right across from each other. Plenty of couch space for seating and the t.v. in living room worked great.

They had guys working on the roof when I stayed there. They made noise all day

Our stay was over President's Day Weekend 2020. Traveling with kids means we need the convenience of being close to a lodge. Ideally ski in/ski out. This unit was not ski in/out but a very short 5 minute walk. Shorter if you take the short cut behind the gondola building. Be aware that this condo does not have an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to bring it up 2 flights of stairs. The unit is very roomy. We loved the layout and especially the kids room with the twin over bunk and trundle combo bed. Bathroom counters and sinks were very nice. The internet was very spotty. Averaging around 4-5 Mbps which is very slow. It also went out a few times. I honestly think it is the old router. It also would have been nice to have some fire wood supplied with the unit. If the internet was up to par with other condos in Mammoth (which is very good ever since the fiber optic lines were installed), this place would have 5 stars.

Large open livingroom, we liked the kitchen.

The location of the condo is great for skiers. Literally steps away from the Canyon Lodge. But the place needs a serious update to rate well with anyone that wants bang for their buck, like me. The place needs a serious update from getting the carpet out of the bathrooms to new blinds and updated clean carpet and furniture.

4.5 stars (If that were an option)
The Good:
-Amazing location. Often when a site says the location is "walkable" they mean if you're a professional mountain climber, but our 2 year old can walk to the slopes from this place.
-Comes with a locker at Canyon Lodge. We left our skis and boots in the locker and walked back and forth in normal shoes. A huge benefit.
-The place is spacious and charming. There were four adults and two kids under 6 and we had a great time and never felt cramped.

The bad:
-The beds. The downstairs bed a) is rock hard and bouncy and b) really should be a king given the size of the space. The upstairs bed is lumpy and uneven.
-Minor items (low shower heads, older, somewhat unsturdy bath tubs, older kitchen appliances).

Mixed:
- There was a leak with a pipe under the sink due to a problem with the disposal (older model). It was fixed quickly same-day. You obviously never want there to be issues, but the response was great and that's important.

Summary:
We would absolutely go back, and if there were two king beds that had quality mattresses I'd give this 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Positives:
+ GREAT location, extremely close to Canyon Lodge and gondola.
+ Easy and ample parking. I have an SUV with a large roof storage container and was able to park in the guest spot with ample clearance.
+ Heat worked well and was consistent throughout unit (no hot or cold spots).
+ Ample space in the unit - large rooms, bathrooms and dining/living area.
+ Well stocked kitchen had most of everything we needed.

Negatives:
- Only one key was provided for the unit.
- Knives are dull and some of the kitchen utensils / dishes / silverware were dirty.
- Oven needs to be cleaned.
- Shower heads are very low.
- Wifi occasionally cut out - probably time to update the router.

Good place to stay at. Will return.
Ian B. Mar 2018
Really cool spot with all the amenities and walking distance to Canyon lodge. Showers are a little short for me. That's the only complaint I can think of.
Kate B. Jan 2018
We had a fantastic time walking on and off the mountain with our 4 children. Very scenic and accessible to immediate skiing.
We would definitely recommend the condo and the staff at Mammoth is top notch.

Perfect Size for a group of 8-10
Walkable to Canyon Lodge

Would stay again.
Rebecca B. Jul 2017
While this condo would be amazing as a winter rental I would look elsewhere for summer. It is listed as having a deck however the deck is stacked with wood so you cannot enjoy sitting outside (no patio furniture at all). It is also listed as having a grill - it does not. When management was called we were told the grill was community - but it was not at the pool but in the garage. The pool area is below average feeling like a small motel without any tables etc. Interior of condo is nice and comfortable just lacking any outdoor area at all.

Very clean property and wonderful location

Second time renting this place. The location is excellent. Very satisfied. I'll be back if o don't buy my own place by next year.
Daniel L. Mar 2017
Nice large home with big open area space to hang out. Beds were nice and kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Housekeeping needs to stock the kitchen with soaps and towels but otherwise it was nice.
Keith W. Mar 2017
Close to canyon lodge

Great, and a short walk to Canyon Lodge.
