For an additional fee, you and your guests are also welcome to sample the many resort amenities available through Bayside at Bethany Lakes. This includes pools, a hot tub, sports courts, and a fitness center.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Guest is required to pre-register and pay a resort fee as follows: resort fee from May 15 to September 30: $300 per week or $150 for less than 4 nights. Resort fee October 1 - May 14 is $150 per week or $75 for less than 4 nights. Guests opting to use the amenities will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement.


• The outdoor pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year, but the dates may extend beyond Labor Day as weather permits.


• There is a required fee of $30 per person, per week (or $8 per person, per day for those staying three days or fewer) for anyone over the age of 3 to use the amenities.


• Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.


• Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
