Del Mar has a large heated outdoor pool, two tennis courts, and saunas. Moonraker has a small heated outdoor pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and saunas. Ohlson has a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, three tennis courts, a half-basketball court, and a volleyball court. The amenities pass allows for six guests at a time. If you have more than six guests in your party and everyone wants to use the amenities at the same time, you will need to purchase a day pass from the HOA. They are $5/guest per day.
