THINGS TO KNOW

• The elevator is scheduled for maintenance this winter (December-January) and will be unavailable for a few weeks.
• Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
• The on-site restaurant Sippin on Sunshine is open (hours may vary in the off-season). A snack shack with drinks and food is also open.
• During high season, live bands may be on-site.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
