Tee off at Cronin's Golf Course, located 7 miles away, where you can enjoy a relaxing round surrounded by beautiful Adirondack scenery. • Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning/but dedicated units available in each room for individual climate control.


• Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.
• Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
• While every effort is made to maintain walkways and driveways in winter, Our Treehouse is located at the foothills of the Adirondack mountains, and icy conditions may persist in the winter. Ice cleats (‘cat tracks’) are encouraged for safe access.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 3.
• 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
