This three-story retreat has some of the most amazing 360-degree views towards Pikes Peak and Eleven Mile and sunsets and sunrises are simply out of this world. The first floor of this splendid home offers an inviting family room with comfy seating throughout, a large smart TV with streaming services, endless books for your daily entertainment, and a convenient wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A Nintendo Switch is also available for the competitors in the group. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom fully on its own and a kids' room with a smart TV and plenty of board games to keep them entertained during their stay as well!

The main living space is located on the second floor and boasts a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all spaces into one. Cathedral ceilings, beautiful skylights, and floor-to-ceiling windows make this an unbeatable spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your group. Curl up by the warmth of the wood stove in the living area and admire gorgeous mountain vistas while sipping on hot cocoa or your favorite beverage, or pull out any of the provided board games for an entertaining time with your people.
