It's nine miles to the ski slopes of Sugarbush Resort, but with the VAST trail system directly out the back door, you can hop on your snowmobile and be on the trail almost instantly. When you return home, enjoy the freedom of this spacious setting. Boot and glove dryers will be waiting for you, and a ski and snowboard storage rack will be in the garage. Walk to the Mad River, swimming holes, and farm stands in the summer and enjoy the spectacular views of Camel's Hump and Mt. Ellen year-round. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, sunny dining room that seats everyone comfortably with additional tables and seating, fully updated bathroom with ample storage and a vanity, and a cozy living area featuring plush couches, a smart TV, a gas stove for those chilly nights, and seasonally available air-conditioning units that keep the first floor cool and comfortable. Plus, all three bedrooms have a box fan beneath each bed for added comfort. There's whole-home high-speed internet with internet boosters which will give you full performance no matter where you are inside. There is plenty of bandwidth for streaming and video calls so you should be good for work/playInternet. The home includes a remote workspace with an electric sit-stand desk and a 34" ultrawide monitor for your use and a futon. Spend the evening gathered around the firepit, enjoying the spectacular 180-degree sunset, and showering off at the outdoor shower underneath the stars while listening to nature sounds including a nearby babbling brook.
