There are two inviting living spaces, which means you all can hang out together or simply divide if you would rather watch an action movie while letting the youngsters enjoy one of the latest movies or series. The kitchen is simply gorgeous, with modern, stainless steel appliances and emerald green tile backsplash. Smart TVs allow you and your friends to stay up to date with your favorite series and the washer/dryer will make laundry a breeze.

• This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, we have external security cameras. This property houses two separate vacation rental units. This means that during your stay, there may be other guests occupying the second unit. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow travelers should you cross paths! The outdoor amenities including the dock, shoreline area and any other shared facilities are intended for the shared use and enjoyment of all guests from both units. We kindly ask that all guests respect the shared nature of these facilities and be considerate of others' experience.
