Welcome to Good Tides! This corner unit townhome is ideally located on the 9th hole of the Palmilla golf course with expansive sunset views across Corpus Christi Bay. Its unique positioning with adjacent overflow parking provides guests with superior privacy and plenty of room. Much thought has been given to providing the little touches that make for a memorable family vacation, including the use of complimentary beach toys and games, a built-in ice maker to fill up your coolers, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, board games to entertain the whole family, bean bag chairs for the kids to lounge in, and much more.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities.
The kitchen at Good Tides provides you with everything needed to serve up gourmet meals, delicious cocktails, or just simple snacks and includes an outdoor gas grill to cook hamburgers, hot dogs, or your fresh caught fish.
After the day’s activities, spend the evenings watching a movie, cooking s’mores at one of the nearby fire pits, or playing games before turning in for a restful night’s sleep in luxurious bedding.

- There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
