We loved the closeness to the boardwalk and beach while being away from the craziness of the boardwalk. The rental was perfect in space but I didn't expect to have to do dishes when I got there as they weren't clean and to give a good cleaning to the space as we found garbage, clothes, and personal items of the last renter when we got there. My husband also had to fix the closet door where the washer and dryer were bc I opened it up and there were no screws holding the bottom plate of the door to the wall.

Everything about this condo was amazing. The location, the views, the ease of checking in and out - great! The place is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. It felt more like staying at a very tasteful friend's place than renting a space to sleep while beaching. If we ever come back to OCMD, this will be our place.

Basically everything was great. Loved the room and the view, was clean. One dinning room chair was a bit loose and a couple small rips in the screens, window and door. Bathroom fans a little slow together going. But all in all nothing to concern any other renters
