Bad communication between VRBO and Vacasa regarding late checkout, which we were offered for an additional fee then reversed without any communication to me. I will say when we first got there I rated cleanliness a 5 however when we returned from dinner my 15 yo daughter discovered dead bugs and really old cobwebs in the smaller downstairs bedroom as the carpet has not been vacuumed in quite a while. Also many webs on the upstairs beam and windows . The house was great just needs a little more attention to detail with proper cleaning and dusting.

Loved the white airy yet comfortable interior. Appreciated all the pillows and throws. The windows and views from the living room were amazing. Loved the walk through the grasses to the beach. Couch was a cozy place to curl up with a good book.
