Shipyard is a great location on HH; however the overall property is looking tired. 142 Beachwalk is lovely with recently remodeled bathrooms and a nice view over the golf course. The decking is getting shabby with broken handrails, loose boards and in need of power washing and paint. The interior floors slope. The sliding door and entry door were terribly squeaky which indicates poor maintenance. A little WD-40 would help. The furniture is okay and the condo was immaculate. Would rent again as the pluses outweigh the negatives.

This unit is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive to Coligny and the stores and restaurants along Pope avenue. It’s perfect for someone looking for a centralized location. A great unit with plenty of room for family nights at the unit with a wonderful kitchen and living room area.
