2 days before check in I was notified that the oven is not working. And was offered 80 dollars credit. And there is a propane grill available for cooking. I had no option
at that time so I took the offer. When we got there place was awesome, location was awesome. We found the grill it was a small grill which would take 30 to 45 to boil the water. We were 6 people and stayed there for 2 nights. It cost me .ore money on food than the place it self. Day time qe try to go out and the out went out on us. We couldn't lock the place. Called the was told to wait till someone comes and fixes it. We all were at the door waiting. After back and forth on text they gave us permission to go from the back door and lock the main door from inside. When came back after week check with them about the credit they said we will give you only 66 dollars credit. I tried to contact the manager who helped me to check in. No respond. Texted customer service. Sorry this the only thing we can do. I send them the text from the manager regarding 80 dollars credit. It took them another 4 days to get back to me saying it will take 5 to 10 business days to refund you the money. I ha e stayed alot of places before and with vacasa also before.but never had this issue. Again the house was perfect. We all loved it. But service from management was very very bad
