Definitely a solid place. View is amazing! Incredibly nice to have two bathrooms. Definitely a solid choice for good lodging. Neighboring buildings didn't follow beach etiquette and packed in in front of the LeMar. Beach is MUCH busier at this location than was expected. Good location to get around from.

We had 4 visits to our unit during our stay. One from the potential buyers of the property 2 from a realtor, and another from the realtor and and appraiser. This is our only vacation we take during the year and really made our trip poor. We didn’t understand why this was being shown and being accessed while we were staying here. It could have waited until we departed on Saturday morning before people were coming through and looking. We were constantly worried someone would come inside while we were not there. The unit beside of us become agitated as well because visitors were asking them info about our unit as well. Thankfully, the other unit let us know that someone would be coming at 10:00am on that Wednesday to come inside so that we would make sure we were present. I’m not saying it ruined our trip but having people come inside where you are staying while you are there is just unacceptable. We have stayed at this unit before but will not be returning to properties managed by vacasa. Just really disappointed on how this was handled.
