Recent Copper Mountain Resort guest reviews

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo with our family of 4. It’s very clean and super cozy and very well stocked. It has all the essentials including a washer/dryer conveniently located across the hall. The building is quiet and close to everything. It’s the perfect place to chill at the end of the day, with the fireplace going, board games with the family and a delicious home cooked meal. We highly recommend it and plan to come again next year.

The apartment is very nice with a large and very usable kitchen and a nice living area. The windows look out to the chair lift. The bedroom is ok, but the carpet is full of stains and kind of gross and the comforters on both beds were leaking fluff and not very good at keeping us warm at night when we had no heat. Overall if this unit had heat, it would be a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, if you experience a problem (like no heat for us) Vacasa is not good at helping solve the problem. Eventually I was able to get in touch with Vacasa Relocation Services and they were actually very helpful. But the first line of support is not.
