We loved how close it was to downtown and the parking was nice.

This house is a little less than a mile from the honky tonk highway and all of the things to do in the downtown area. But it's a very easy walk. The city is doing lots of upgrades and building now and I imagine in a few years when all of that was complete this area is really going to be spectacular. Watching the riverboats go by and the train was fun and soothing. We will definitely be coming back!

Cons: It is extremely close to a busy train track. If you're a light sleeper, this is not your place. There is also construction going on across the street starting very early (5am). I'm sure you could walk downtown if neccessary but rideshare is recommended as there's lots of construction in the area and the streets are blocked off. They do not provide Keurig pods or accompaniments, and there's no filtered or bottles of water provided. Pros: It's s a very large, and clean unit that is great for 4. If you sleep on the pullout in the livingroom, there are no room darkening shades. The beds are very comfortable. Close to the excitement. Rideshare was easy to obtain. There are smart TVs.
