The house was clean and absolutely beautiful area. I have management problems though. Check in and check out is ridiculous. While slowly loading to leave, noticed orange vehicle driving back and forth pre 10am. We finished breakfast and the car was parked in the driveway and began unloading cleaning supplies on the doorstep of which we were carrying out luggage, coolers etc. We were dumping things out of the fridge and throwing miscellaneous belongings into bags and shoving clothing into our suitcases, loading the dishwasher and trying to get our belongings out while the cleaning lady stands with hand on hip. We clocked out of there at 10:08. Frazzled and pissed off. I never felt so rushed in all my travels. Don't think I'll be using this service again.

Nice back yard , had a dock on a canal & also a concrete pad with Tiki cover, nice place to sit. Bonus to have access to a clean garage with washer/dryer- nice space to store our boating gear, & our own bikes. (Though 2 bikes were provided- both had flat tires, no bike pump. ) Interior of home comfortable, spacious layout, with all newer appliances- though kitchen lacked some basic items- knives, serving utensils, serving dishes, hot mitts, grilling utensils etc. Home was clean, comfortable with king bed & master suite. Great location - to explore area parks, & an easy 15 minute drive into Fort Meyers. Only gave 4 stars overall because felt Vacasa was not responsive to basic maintenance issues we had- despite having a local team to coordinate - there was a broken sliding door leading to screened in porch- never repaired during our 19 day stay- however, Vacasa did offer small monetary compensation... still pending.. There were other smaller maintenance items also in need of attention which also were not completed during our stay. So- I would still say you should stay here- perhaps maintenance issues have been addressed- but beware...
