Location can’t be beat! New access to the beach is great. Quiet, heated pool, hot tub, incredible views of sunrise. Sunset view limited. Issues with door lock involved getting a new battery, quickly fixed by Vacasa staff on a Saturday night!

This condo felt like we were outside with the comforts of shade. The tall ceilings combined with floor to ceiling windows that opened up was such a spirit lift. You literally feel like you are on the beach while in the condo. The balcony was huge - deep and wide. The amount of floor space to move around was great both in the condo and the balcony. I was able to do my pilates each morning while ocean front in my master bedroom with no one around and my family still had their space to be "ocean front". If you are older and struggle getting out - this is your unit as you feel like you are getting out! We are a busy outdoor family and this was also perfect for us. This condo was stocked with cookware and baking pans. We had a airfryer, crockpot, blender for smoothie making etc...... We love how quiet the area is and how easy it was to access both the ocean and Santa Anna Sound. I could paddle on my SUP on the Sound easily as they had outdoor showers and restrooms! I loved the huge jetted bathtub. We brought our own pillows and blankets each. The pillows there were good but we did not know this prior. We definately needed our blankets and would recommend to bring these. We also bought a dish cloth as we really are not sponge people. It was also nice that they had a highchair, books, games and sand toys & kiddo games for the little ones. I would book this exact unit in the future if comming back.

The location was incredible! Building is right on the beach and the building is close to the bridge. The building itself is older but this unit was completely remodeled and its very well done. It's quite a large 2 bedroom. There is a gym in the building but its small with not much equipment. We cooked every meal for our 4 nights here and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great trip with no issues.
