Beautiful home in Rotonda West. Quiet area, pool faces south, nice patio. Home is brand new and well built. Primary suite is gorgeous. Kitchen has odd layout.

This house was great! It slept 11 of us perfectly. There were 6 adults and 5 children. We loved that the house came with a pack and play and a high chair. It was less for us to pack as we had a 20 hour drive one way down to this home. The house comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion so that is one less thing you don’t need to pack. The pool was amazing! We were in there for hours and hours every day. There is a baby gate around the pool which was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the people that we met were so nice. We loved that the house had a washer and dryer. We definitely put those to use before our 20hr ride home. This house was beautiful. Very clean. Cozy. The tv was easy to use as well as the AC. When we had questions about certain stuff in the house the responses were within minutes and they had someone come over to help if needed. The house is located only 20 minutes from Englewood beach which has great Shells and lots of sharks teeth. And 20 minutes south is our favorite beaches in Boca! We spent a day at each and couldn’t of asked for better weather for our stay. This house is perfectly placed and within minutes of beaches, the best restaurants and a amazing ice cream shop. We have stayed in a lot of rentals for vacation and this was one of our top 3 favorites. We will definitely be coming back! Can’t say more great things about this home. Thank for again for a great smooth relaxing fun week!
