Long-time resident. Very impressed.

We loved so many things about this home and property! The home is beautiful and well stocked and the yard and beach cliffs are exquisite! We spent lots of time on the lanai watching the ocean (we saw dolphins and turtles from there!) I definitely recommend listening to the recording of the nighttime frog noises in the listing so you know what to expect because you must sleep with windows open for cooling. Its location is great for lots of different big island adventures: Volcano National Park, Kaumana lava tubes, Akaka Falls park & Kolekole gorge, snorkeling and sea turtles at Richardson Beach Park, black sand Punalu’u Beach. We even took a day and went over to top-rated Hāpuna beach and Waipi’o Valley—long drive but totally worth it. We took many beautiful photos of each other in this gorgeous yard and on these ocean cliffs! Sunrise is beautiful!
