Very nice condo just steps from the elevator. Loved the balcony. It was a great place to watch the hurricane pass through Ocean City. Directly across Coastal Hwy. is Gold Coast Mall, which has some nice restaurants,a liquor store and a Candy Kitchen. My wife and I loved our stay and loved the building.

We did like the unit. We did not need A/C as it was chilly in the fall, but can’t imagine how three wall units keep the whole condo cool when it’s hot in the summer?? The building is old, 1972, but well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much.
