The condo is what you see in the pictures. The condo is clean and the available beach gear is in great condition. The kitchen is stocked well with all necessary utensils and supplies. The living room furniture (sofa) could probably be updated as it is wearing down a bit, this said we didn’t have any issues with it.

Condo was exactly as in the photos. Well stocked kitchen and great array of beach chairs, toys and snorkeling equipment. Only downside is that the only queen size bed is the couch pull out and not in either bedroom.

This condo is in a great location. The beach, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and the Keurig was a welcome amenity. The furniture are not very comfortable and could be improved. The posted construction schedule was not accurate. Instead of it being 1 building being worked on a week, it was all buildings, including ours. This made for noisy afternoons on the lanai and at the pool. However, coffee in the morning on the lanai was amazing!
