Lift 408 is a very beautiful and spacious property. The location at the base of the resort is excellent. The only downside was the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

Beautiful facility with friendly staff and ski valet. Can’t beat the location in Canyons Village. Our unit (506A) was clean and smelt great, however we were not satisfied with the lack of fresh towels or room service. We were told by a Vacasa representative that only one towel is provided per guest for the entire duration of the stay. The lack of on-site washer and dryer made this an even more inconvenient experience, as we had to go to a public laundromat in order to have fresh towels and bed sheets. As far as appliances, only a mini fridge was provided, so there was no way to heat or prepare meals in the room. I’d definitely stay here again, however I would probably choose a unit that had more appliances and a reasonable towel policy.

Property was clean and well located. Clothes Washer was inoperative for the 6 days we were there. Multiple attempts at communication and no one came out to address the issue. We did get assistance with laundry service on the first day although we packed planning on daily laundry for our group of 5 and did not hear back after the first day. The lack of communication about the issue was a huge frustration.

WE LOVE IT! We are returning guests, and we absolutely love it! It is a beautiful space and the view is amazing! This spot is perfect for grabbing the lifts, gondola and dining! We have everything we need for our stay right in the village! You can even grab a sleigh ride within walking distance! The room is very clean and beautiful, and the customer service is excellent! We will definitely be back!
