Make Minneapolis your next getaway

Minneapolis is a city that knows how to play outside. Glassy lakes sit right in the street grid, bikes glide past patios, and the Mississippi cuts a dramatic line through parks and old mill ruins. Come for a concert or a ballgame, stay for the food scene and the lake-hopping in between. Minneapolis vacation rentals put you close to the action, with space to recharge after full days out.

Recent Minneapolis guest reviews

Such a great time!! Hosted galentines day with my friends and spent the night! Everyone had so much fun. The house was very cozy and beautifully decorated. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our time at the Minneapolis Retreat! The home is well-equipped and had plentiful space for our family of eight to rest, relax, and enjoy being together for a memorial service and Thanksgiving feast. The separate bedroom spaces on three levels gave us privacy when needed. The large kitchen worked well for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. The location is superb, close to the airport and Mall of America as well as the rest of our family!

Why staying in a vacation rental here feels electric

Find the right neighborhood for your stay

North Loop: Warehouse cool with some of the city’s best restaurants, boutiques, and quick access to Target Field. Stay here if you like to walk to dinner and keep the night going.
Northeast Minneapolis: Artsy, lived-in, and brewery-rich. Great for gallery hopping, casual meals, and a less polished, more local feel.
Uptown and Lyn-Lake: Close to the lakes and stacked with music venues, coffee shops, and late-night bites.
Downtown / Mill District: Perfect for the Stone Arch Bridge, river views, and easy access to museums, theaters, and big events.

What to do in Minneapolis (make it a high-energy itinerary)

Pick a place that keeps up with your plans

Start by choosing what you want to be near: lake trails, stadiums, nightlife, or the riverfront. Then narrow by the details that make city travel smoother, like parking, in-unit laundry, and a layout that works for your group. Browse Minneapolis vacation rentals, compare a few Minneapolis short term rentals by neighborhood, and choose the spot that lets you move through the city with momentum.
