We have been renting vacation houses on Bass Lake for 10 years; this is our second time at Brickers Lakefront and we hope to come back next year -- and perhaps for many years in the future. It is just about perfect for our annual friends and family trip. The location is wonderful - at the end of the lake the water is calm enough for our young grandchildren to swim and kayak; the area is quiet, being away from the main body of the lake and all the skiers/jet skiers/boaters. The kitchen is well appointed, providing most anything one needs for cooking meals. Most of the beds are comfortable (there were some complaints about the bunk bed, which seems to be a little wobbly), the dining table can easily accommodate a large group. I wish there were lights on the deck so we could eat evening meals outside, or even sit outside after dinner and listen to the frogs. The large driveway is wonderful, enabling us to host friends who could park right there (and the fact that there is a space for our boat trailer is an absolute bonus). After renting 6 or 7 other vacation homes at Bass Lake, this is undoubtedly our favorite.

Cabin

We absolutely loved this place. We are a lake family and this was our first time visiting PML. The house fit us perfectly. We have five kids from 15 to 1 and we all enjoyed our stay and loved the lake being in walking distance. The beds were comfy and the living space was nice and relaxing. We didn’t use the private beach area due to it being overgrown with weeds and stickers. I almost started doing some yard work cause the spot is perfect. With just a little tlc in the yard this place is a solid 12/10. Would love to return.
