Rockaway Beach vacation rentals with hot tubs

Close to the beach, loved the house, perfect space for our family, everyone loved the hot tub. Will definitely come back. Super comfortable house, lovely light from the windows, great location.

Very clean and comfortable

This home was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The view was gorgeous! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

The most obvious feature for this rental is the view... my wife and I always rent houses right on the beach. This one had one of the best views... the entire kitchen setting is gorgeous and had all the amenities for cooking. Everything worked great. The kitchen table is large and has a gorgeous ceiling fan thats perfectly located to circulate air when opening the windows. Only nit pick here is having the fan blades cleaned. They were extremely caked with sand and dirt/dust. Now, for the living room...this is probably the biggest gripe we had was the area designated for living room was extremely small. The couch itself was incredibly firm and not great for lounging. The only other furniture is the single seater and that was okay comfort wise. But having the tv mounted up high and having to sit so close to it made watching tv kind of un natural for looking up as much as you had to. But, thats a small issue. Overall the entire upstairs was very nice. The bedroom had a very nice bed and wall mounted tv. The downstairs adult bedroom also had a very nice bed and the bedrooms was very good sized. Another real cool feature was that this house had THREE showers! One in each bedroom. Which would make this perfect for large family getaways. We did experience what others stated in their reviews and that the downstairs had a very prominent moldy mildew smell. That was probably the biggest gripe for downstairs. But the hot tub worked great. There was plenty of parking. Overall, we gave this place an 8/10 rating! We definetly would consider renting again, the only deal breaker truly is the living room comfort factor. Having older parents , it made it difficult for them to hangout with us at night to watch a couple movies before bed. The beach access was also very nice. There is a bit of elevation from the property to the beach, and the stone stairs are very adequate.
