The condo has an amazing view of the beach and pool area. Easy access to the beach and pool. Condo was comfortable and situated in a prime location. The kitchen was well equiped for our simple meals we prepared. Overall it exceeded our expectations and made our trip memorable. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area!

This was our fourth stay at Tops'l Beach Manor 1205 and as in the past it was incredible. The views from the rooms in this condo are beautiful. Sitting on the patios at night and feeling the ocean breeze is so peaceful. The bathrooms are spacious and elegant. The 3 bedrooms are all comfortable and inviting. The views are from the living/dining area, the master bedroom and the queen bedroom and they are all fantastic. Being on the 12th floor you are above the noise of the beach, if there is any and yet, you can feel the breeze and smell the ocean. We saw an Eagle on the beach and several flocks of Pelicans flew right past us on the balconies. It is about 12 steps from the door to the elevator. Parking is safe, easy and plentiful. The pool is often unoccupied and has grills for cooking, chairs/lounges for relaxing and shaded seating as well. The people at the guard gate were nothing but kind and helpful as we checked in after hours. The complex as a whole is well maintained and quiet. When staying at Beach Manor you have access to the courts, the pool and the outdoor bistro/bar. This is well worth the money and I would recommend it to everyone. We hope to stay here again.
