My family of 5 really enjoyed the Lake Brownwood house! House is awesome!! There are great views of the lake with lots of seating outside to enjoy the breezes. We had breakfast on the patios near the water every day! Great location on the lake too - easy access for all your boating/fishing! And the boat house with lift is a real bonus too!! We especially enjoyed swimming/hanging out in the water around the boat house! Lots of room inside too with everything we needed! We look forward to another trip Many thanks!!

What a fun stay! I am a huge fan of tiny homes and this one did not disappoint! Convenient, easy to find location only 15 minutes from the heart of Brownwood but with a peaceful, country feel and absolutely gorgeous views. I spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch on the porch swing reading and enjoying the scenery! Loved the artsy feel of this cabin -- lots of little decor details that added to the fun of this place! There's a decent sized refrigerator with small freezer and plenty of dishware and silverware. I didn't do any cooking and really only used the microwave, but noticed there was a small hot plate with a skillet and pot for cooking. There's also a cute picnic area with a park grill and picnic tables. The bedroom was cozy with comfy bedding and I enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom. I didn't spend much time in the loft, but it also has a comfy queen mattress. Watch out for the low ceilings in the loft. The bathroom felt roomy for a tiny cabin and I appreciated having all the toiletries available -- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste. I really appreciated that the owner communicated with me directly instead of the company that runs the listing. He sent me suggestions for restaurants in town and responded quickly when I had a question about the A/C remote. Overall, a fabulous stay. Would love to come back with the kids next time I am in Brownwood!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Quiet area. Loved going back into the retro era!! Comfortable, relaxing, and fun. Only down was no direct lake access where we stayed. Had to go 1/2 mile to get to lake, which was not a game changer. We still loved it and will definitely return. Terri was great and communicated 100%. More people should consider this place it is fantastic!!
