I have stayed at the Belmont twice and it is a great location. Bringing suitcases up the steep staircase is a bummer the older I get but the rooms are nice, bright and airy. I have stayed on the water side which is a great view and the street side which was quiet in early June but could possibly be noisy during summer months and big events.
