Tropic Isles - Gulf Shores, AL Condo Rentals

Pros: Close walk to the hangout where the beach volleyball tourney was held. Clean and comfy beds. Plenty of room for family of 4. Cons: stove is old electric coils that are unstable/bent/loose. Asked for late check out as our girls had games to play in the tourney still and it was a hard NO to even leaving at noon! We had to shower at the beach before our flight. When denied late checkout, we then asked if we could simply leave our car parked there (with all of our stuff in it since we had to be out at 10:00am) since we paid for it and again a hard NO so we had to pay another $15 for parking at the beach lot. 10:00am check out is not typical at most places as we travel A LOT for our kids tourneys. It is unreasonable and noon is not unreasonable when check in is 4:00pm. They could have at least let us keep our car parked there since the lot was barely half full and our space would not be needed until the 4:00pm check in for the next group. Flexibility is key and part of customer service. Love this spot but probably won't stay here due to inflexibility of the company.
