Recent Mammoth Lakes vacation rental reviews

Conveniently located, only draw back is steep stairs to upper sleeping quarters. Might be tough for elderly or those with physical limitations.

Everything was just as the posting. Great location. Very comfortable. Spacious condo. Would definitely return.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Pros: amazing views from the front deck and the great room, easy check-in/check-out, wifi worked great, nice fireplace, nice beds with comfortable (but firm!) memory foam mattresses. Great location between town and the lakes, and easy access to ski-in/ski-out. Parking was also easy and very close to the unit. Cons: overall the unit was clean but there were some areas under the dining room table and couch that were not vacuumed and had food debris. Also there were 3 TVs and a lot of remotes, some of which appeared to not work properly, which made operation difficult. We were not able to figure out how to use the Smart TV features. The cable worked however. Instructions on how to operate the TVs would have been helpful. Also the heating was a bit difficult to get just right, one of the bedrooms tended to get really hot while the other bedroom stayed cold. Probably an issue with the vents, we tried to adjust them with some success. Also the windows to the bedrooms open up to the public hallway, so if you want any privacy you need to keep them closed and shuttered. Overall just a few minor issues that if resolved, would take this place from very good to great. Would stay here again in the future.
