Everything was perfect

The description was completely on point, as far as I could tell. The building was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was very nice and a perfect size. The kitchen and bathroom were large (for the space) and modern. The bedroom is small but comfortable. The entire space felt much bigger because of the floor to ceiling windows and very large patio/balcony. I had no problem with arriving after hours, the building codes, and retrieving my key from the lock box. The only downside was the street parking but it wasn't bad. I am used to street parking and with the Parking Kitty app it was easy to make sure the metered parking never lapsed...and it less expensive than a lot of hotels I have stayed in while in other cities.

Patio was my favorite part by far, extremely relaxing at night. Although I was worried about no onsite parking, here was 3$ overnight parking until 7 am across the street (on a Thursday)

Property had a wonderful porch. The space inside was quite nice. There's a coffee shop on the first floor. Pizza place and grocery store across the street. Close to the bus and light-rail. We really liked staying here, wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Portland is an awesome city.

The apartment was just like the pictures. Modern, very clean and with a lot of amenities. The building is very well located, you are able to walk to a lot of bar and restaurants and there is a market just across the street which was super convenient. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

This spot in the Northwest District was clean, simple, elegant, and close to everything you could possibly need. I would stay here again for sure.

We were in town for a weekend, and had a wonderful time. This condo hosted 3 very comfortably, and was a short walk to pretty much anything. We'd love to stay here again!

We had such a great time and the condo was perfect! This was not the first time we have rented from Vacasa but it was the first time renting in Portland and we were completely impressed. The location is amazing, clean and a safe area which was a must traveling with kids. The condo, itself, was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. With the community room right across the hall it was great for early risers like myself to be able to grab a coffee and watch some TV as to not disturb the others still sleeping. My kids (and lets be honest, my husband too) really enjoyed the game room located on the floor just below. Thanks again, Vacasa, for another great getaway!

This unit is located in a great area, walking distance to everything. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and offered everything I needed for a week stay. The Q21 building has many amenities, free of charge to the guest that you can take advantage of: a great gym (which includes Pelaton bikes), community rooms on each floor offering coffees & teas free of charge, and a great lounge space equipped with TVs, ping pong tables, and foosball you dont ever have to leave. I would definitely stay here again; thanks Vacasa!

Loved staying at this place. It's incredibly walkable as it's near shopping, restaurants, yoga, etc. Very comfortable & clean with huge balcony to enjoy the amazing views of the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot to stay for a quick business trip!

This cozy apartment had everything I needed. The Q21 building is great. Check in process felt safe, secure, and had clear directions. Modern feel and great location made my quick business trip a breeze.

As always, 5*****, but dont get too busy where your full and I cant get a room :-)
Seriously, highly recommend. Now can Vacasa just get some places in Vegas?

Clean, modern apartment, with every amenity you could wish for and a wonderful view of the iconic Fremont Bridge. Walking distance to Nob Hill and Alphabet Districts. Lots of interesting stores, cafes and restaurants all around. Amazing supermarket across the road. Everything and anything you might need. Only issue was parking. Street parking we were told was the only option, but after we got got towed and had to find our car (not a great experience for a tourist), we learned that there was an all day parking option across the street.
Fabulous condo - highly recommended.

Great place to spend 4 days in PDX from. Grocery store across the street and lots of great restaurants etc. a couple blocks up on 23rd. Will be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit itself had everything we needed for our 4 day vacation stay. The bed was comfortable and we loved the patio/balcony. Facing east made evenings sitting outdoors a routine part of our day. Being on the 3rd floor of the building made using the community room and outdoor lounge and grilling area very convenient and a natural extension of our room. We also found the location great for area restaurants and using the public transportation system to get everywhere. We didn't rent a car and even used the bus/MAX to go to and from the airport. The available routes made this practically a door to door service. Hope this room is available for future Portland vacations.

Nice place, nice part of town. Apartment is maybe a little small but patio is huge! Parking was not an issue for us.
Dema H.Jul 2018
Beautiful and equipped with everything you need while visiting Portland!
Umesh K.Jul 2018
Very close to 23rd ave for restaurants and highway. Quiet and the balcony was wonderful.

Great location and very clean. Thank you!

This condo is clean & comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Nice amenities (BBQ area, fire pit, fitness room). Nice grocery store across street, lots of good brewpubs & restaurants within walking distance. Paid street parking only, but it was inexpensive and never had a problem getting a spot right outside the complex. Negatives would be: stainless steel drinkware, which is awful for drinking wine! And no TV service, which we didn't come to Portland to sit inside and watch TV, but it would have been nice to be able to see the news or sports in the evening when getting ready to go out or after getting back.
Cheri H.May 2018
Small & well kept. Safe. Great location. Grocery store across street. Restaurants everywhere. I deducted 1 star for no TV. I feel like the ad should have mentioned there was no cable. Internet worked though. Bed could have been a better. Deck is awesome. No view but good size. Free coffee in the community room was an unexpected surprise. Great stay overall. Very happy.
Brittney W.May 2018
This location is wonderful - quick walk to 23rd street, only a 20 minute walk to the Pearl District. The apartment itself is comfortable and modern looking, and the building has a cool patio/rooftop with barbecues and a beautiful view. Would definitely return!
Amanda W.Apr 2018
Unit is small, but just the right size for spending a few days in Portland. The large balcony is the perfect spot to spend an evening.
Sean K.Apr 2018
This was our first VRBOexperience in the city. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Very easy access and situated 2blocks off 23rd ave, where we ate excellant meals every day.
Hoping they have a 2 bdrm to rent next time as we're coming with friends

Convenient location. Neat and comfortable. A great place to see the beautiful city of Portland and its surrounding areas.
Very secure and great amenities.

I loved how centrally locates this apartment was. Checking was easy. Parking can be difficult but we always found somewhere within a few blocks. It is smaller than I expected but overall a nice place and it had everything we needed
Robert R.Feb 2018
This condo is perfectly situated, two blocks from the 23rd Avenue restaurants and shopping district. We bar-hopped and window shopped to our hearts' content. The New Market grocery store directly across the street makes cooking at home extremely convenient. Great view of one of Portland's most iconic bridge, in a very walkable neighborhood. Lounges and outdoor BBQ were a bonus, too.

The condo itself is clean, well decorated and in a good location, but there was very poor communication between myself and the host. After booking the condo it took over 24 hours just to get an email confirming the booking went through. I sent numerous emails to the host - response time took 1-2 days. On the day of arrival, we arrived at 4 pm for our check-in time and our key wasn't in the drop box. I called the customer service number provided but no one answered so I left a voicemail - even emailed our host twice. Finally the housekeeper came down about 15-20 minutes after 4 pm with the key...then 4.5 hours later I finally got a reply from Vacasa asking if I got into the suite and apologized for the delayed response. The house may have been clean and nice but it's not worth it for me to re-book when the level of communication caused stress and anxiety.
We apologize for the slow communications; we are actively working on more efficient ways to communicate with our guests. Thank you!

The instructions to everything were very clear. The property was so beautiful, we loved having the balcony all to ourselves. Even though it was cloudy, the view at night was great. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and walking around was easy to do. We enjoyed ourselves and mentioned coming back in the warmer months to really enjoy the balcony and the view.
Chris N.Dec 2017
Great property! The outside deck was very cool. The apartment was well furnished and serviced all of our needs. Located in a convenient area surrounded by restaurants and bars. The check-in & check-out was seem less and easy.

I travel to Portland once per month and always check to see if my favorite condo is available. Once again a perfect and wonderful stay!

I've stayed at a few condos in Portland but I have to say this one was my favorite. Located on the 3rd floor, I loved the view of the city and the fabulous deck. A long day at the office was made so wonderful by a nice glass of wine and the perfect weather. Thanks again Vacasa!
