I have to say I had a bad taste due to the check in I asked if I could check in just a couple of hours early and was told I couldn’t so I waited in my car till check in time. I understood the Pool heating fee but I didn’t know that the use of the Jacuzzi jets was all the same system I contacted the caretaker and he did not hesitate to explain and resolve the issue. The temp outside was 109 and the AC was set and kept the entire home cool I could go on and on in short I would not hesitate to Rent this house again 5 STARS

Nice yard and pool area. Upgraded interiors, clean and comfortable. Kinda funky layout but fun. Quite location a bit far from downtown amenities but close to hiking trails.

These guys were so great after we had a family disagreement and needed to fix our reservation - that alone would have given it 5 stars. However, this home is so well appointed with a full (full!) kitchen, toys, games, comfy beds and a homey feel. Less than a mile to the hiking trails in La Quinta Cove. Thank you!

We had a family of 7 that included two teens a toddler and grandparents. (And a dog).
Everyone had a fantastic time there was so much to do. We appreciated the swing and the bikes with the baby trailer.
The older kids went for a bike ride and played air hockey when they were not in the pool. The grand parent chiled in the pool and we all enjoyed adult time around the fiepit at night.

House is very well stocked and the yard is great. Just need to update the pool/hot tub operating system--and provide some detailed instructions on how to operate these.

We did not feel it was clear that the hot tub would not be usable without paying a lot extra and asking in advance. Since this was one of the main reasons we chose the house, it was very frustrating. The response when we complained was even more frustrating since the Vacasa representative said they had told the owners they didn’t think it was clear in the description. A sign in the shower said it would take a few minutes to warm up, so we waited, to no avail. Four people in a row had cold showers — slightly warmer than the cold water by itself, but not even what you would call lukewarm. No hot water anywhere in the house, including the kitchen, which made it hard to wash dishes, etc. We were certainly affected by all of the above, but the house generally had a broken down feeling. There was a fire pit and Christmas lights strung up in the back yard, but neither worked. Thin walls did not keep the sound of several barking dogs out. In general, a big disappointment.
Manager response:
We apologize housekeeping missed turning the water heater back on from 'vacation' mode while cleaning. We have reminded them to do this in the future. The pool heating information is provided to our guests via their digital binder upon booking. Thank you!
