This new home in the Alberta area of Portland is comfortable, functional, private and attractive-- a great spot from which to explore the city, and a pretty neighborhood with plenty of walk-to restaurants, coffee shops and small stores. Delightful!
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was a beautiful street a few steps from the arts district on Alberta st. So many lovely stores, cafes and restaurants around the corner. The house was immaculate with a very comfortable bed, lots of towels and amenities. We loved the big beautiful windows and the garden/patio area. Such a pretty space to rest in and explore Portland. We felt so at home and will definitely be back :)
it was like staying in an ikea showroom (in a good way)! location could not have been more perfect. amazing stay.
Light-filled house , Scandinavian style furniture, comfortable bed, well-appointed bath and kitchen
There is nothing not to like about this lovely 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath rental. You will not be disappointed. This was our second visit to Portland and to the Alberta Arts District. My wife and I stayed here for almost two weeks and it was very livable. Clean and newly built. Fully equipped kitchen. Large shower. Great Wi-Fi connection. And best of all, it was walking distance from the wonderful Alberta Arts with great restaurants and shops. The only negative was that this rental, being also part of Vacasa rentals, had more fees tacked on than other HomeAway places, we've stayed. But since we came in March, the overall cost was still acceptable. Would definitely come back.
Great place to hide from cold, rainy weather. Comfortable, clean living space close to shops and great restaurants. Quite in the evenings, though you can hear planes taking off and landing at PDX - though not enough to cause you to lose sleep. Owner is pleasant and helpful.
The house is perfectly appointed. Wonderful nearby amenities, and restaurants. Easy to get downtown or stay close by and have fun in the neaighborhood
Everything about the Alberta Abode was perfect!
If you get the chance to stay here, you will be only one block away from hopping Alberta Street. Have breakfast at Fuel, shop at Frock! Then come back to a comfortable space and watch birds and squirrels in the back yard.
Great location and apartment, especially for couple who like to walk. Restaurants and shops nearby and easy to get on highways to site see in the area. Would be 5 stars but owner not easy to reach.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants and shops. We attended a wedding downtown and the Uber rides were quick. The house was updated and very clean. We wish there was a full length mirror but an easy fix for the owners:) Other than that wonderful!!
What a thoughtfully designed and appointed vacation home! We enjoyed the light-filled space with its open layout as well as its great proximity to restaurants, shops, and parks. Would love to stay here again!
While in town working for two weeks out of the Vacasa Portland Office, my wife and two kids joined (6 and 8 years old). This was a great spot for all four of us. Location was convenient to some great local parks and wonderful restaurants. Kitchen was set with everything we needed. Loft space was excellent. Great time in Portland all around.
The place is ideally located within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Some of these take less than 5 min to walk to. Downtown Portland and other parts of the city are only a 10-15 min drive. Also, the area is safe and has a quaint, small town feel even though you're in the city.
The house is an excellent condition and has all the modern amenities including a washer and dryer for clothes. There is plenty of street parking. At night, it is very quiet in the neighborhood.
My husband, three year old son and I stayed here for five days and had a great time. It's a lovely place, modern, plenty of light, comfortable, and has everything in it you need. It is also a brief walk to everything on Alberta Street. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was nice and full of great landscaping and flowers. We had a question about checkout procedures, which weren't indicated in the materials, and they responded quickly with what we needed to know (which was that there was nothing we had to do). We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in Portland.
The design, the light, the furnishings, the appointments, the location.
