This double master suites were a pleasure to say in. We love the ceramic floors during the hot month of August and especially the Good course views from all rooms. It was clean, comfortable, however we could not get the living room TV to work. Luckily there are two other TVs in the unit.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property that could have been a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, after arriving at the Vacasa office after our long 4 hour drive through the desert, someone gave the Vacasa office rep the wrong gate for entry to the property. Once we found our way to the correct gate, the guard seemed surprised and asked a lot of questions. We asked, "didn't the Vacasa rep call to announce us?". She said yes, but I still need to ask questions. When we arrived at the property, we were not sure where to park. We thought there was an assigned space. There was a garage for the unit, but we were later told, we couldn't use that. Once we accessed the unit, after a short look around, we found NO welcome package that we were told would have info for WIFI and property. We clicked on the phone test link and downloaded the Vacasa app. We were walked through a login for the Internet that wouldn't work. The TV's all had messages that the service was on "seasonal" status and didn't work.. We tried calling the customer care number, but received the message that they had extreme volume and it would be a while before someone could answer. We had called earlier in the week and waited on hold for over 90 min. So we drove to the office to speak with the Vacasa rep who was very kind and helpful. She got the property caretaker on the phone and explained our issues with the TV's and WIFI. By the time we were driving away, the office rep came out to tell us, it should be working. When we got back, it had been resolved. Driving back and forth was a hassle, but at least it was fixed. The only other issue was the cleanliness of the unit. Most of it was clean, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Unit was well equipped, however, considering how much of a cleaning fee is charged, we were shocked to see that several of the tables has a THICK layer of dust on them, showing that they were not properly cleaned. Given the Virus epidemic, It was shocking that there was so much dust on 4 tables showing they had clearly not been wiped down in some time . The combo of the wrong gate, having no access to WFI or TV, going back to the office, no welcome package or info in the unit and then the level of dust showing that they had not properly cleaned surfaces during a pandemic, we were somewhat stressed. Once we got over these issues, the property was very nice. Nice location, quiet, beautiful, right on the golf course and a perfect size for 4-5 people. If they fixed these preparation issues, we would have given them a 5 star review.. We may request a refund on the cleaning fee, since we had to clean the place ourselves when we arrived for safety reasons.

The home was immaculate. Everything was very comfortable. There was plenty of space. Cookware and dishes were provided. It was so nice that towels and linens were also provided. The home was easy to find. When we checked into the gate they gave us a ticket to keep on our dashboard. It made it so easy to enter the complex. We simply gave the guard our ticket and he scanned it. No need give all of our information each time. I would highly recommend this home. What a gem!
