Good:
- I was worried about highway noise, but absolutely not an issue, couldn't hear a thing
- Attractive interior
- Backyard for kids playing in the snow, great
- Plenty of towels
Bad (Bunch of little things):
- The listing is a bit disingenuous re: parking places. The unit has a garage but you can't use it. If you park in front of the garage the cranky neighbor (see below) likely can't get into their garage. The posting says you have two spaces, really it is just park anywhere (and there is space) but there wasn't a parking pass in the unit for us. Calling management they said to just hand write one and put it in the car window.
- Ice maker broken
- Coffee maker needs to be replaced
- Heater noise; Becomes a white noise after several days, and didn't bother my wife and one son, but my other son and I had problems sleeping the first two nights it is so loud and clangy
- Probably biggest complaint we had during our stay over Christmas likely won't impact most future guests, but the neighbors above us, suspect they are owners bc they had plants in the window and had access to their garage; They stomped on the floor the first night bc we were too loud on a Saturday night watching HGTV at 8:30pm. Seriously. The tv does have a subwoofer, and as we discovered as the week progressed, the walls and floors are thin. They felt comfortable (as is their right) to walk around upstairs at all hours, but we were aware each time. Also, their garage door is possibly directly attached to the bed frames in this unit, so when they come home at 1030 at night both beds threaten to vibrate you right off.
- DO NOT open up the pull out couch until management responds to this post and says they have addressed this issue which we called and communicated to them about.
- Minor irritation, but if the cleaning crew wants us to take out the trash on the last morning, maybe provide us with more than 3 trash bags for a seven day stay.

We liked the location and the interior was nice, plenty of dishware and pots and pans. If no one was staying upstairs during your stay and you just bought a bag of ice and some extra paper towels, trash bags, dish washing soap and toilet paper you'd have a great experience.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Erick. The two parking spots for the unit are on the side of the lot. We have provided ice trays for guest use, and we have taken care of the sofa bed. The coffee maker is working, and we have shared your comment regarding the noise from the heater with the HOA. We hope to see you again!

Great spot for a ski trip! Centrally located so we could drop off the gear from slopes and head into town for dinner and drinks. Clean home stocked with everything you could ask for while on the road.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. We stayed 2 weeks and had everything we needed right there. We would definitely recommend staying here.
