740 Schooner Court provides luxury vacationing with a water-facing patio, community access to a swimming pool, and unmatched views of the Calibogue Sound! This three-level townhome was completely renovated in the spring of 2018 with custom features throughout.
The villa's main level has an open-concept floor plan, hardwood floors, and gorgeous water views. The gourmet kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, intricate tile work, and plenty of cabinet space. The dining area offers seating for six, with an additional three stools at the kitchen bar.
Step into the living area to find comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, free WiFi, and two sets of patio doors that lead to a meticulously landscaped outdoor space. This outdoor area has seating for six and a gas grill for evening barbecues.
Schooner Court is located in Harbour Town within Sea Pines Plantation. This small community showcases amazing views of the Calibogue Sound and the natural wildlife on Hilton Head. Schooner Court is steps away from the Harbour Town Playground, shops, restaurants, and marina activities.

This was the perfect condo for our group! Great layout, updated amenities inside the condo, and beautiful waterfront view. This condo is walkable to Harbortown. The management company told us when we picked up the parking passes that guests are no longer able to access the Harbortown pool. The rental listing still had pool access listed though. We were disappointed that there was no pool access, but still enjoyed our time and would go back.

First off, 740 Schooner Court is fantastic. My family and I returned to Schooner Court this year as we had such a blast on our last vacation. Location is great, right beside Harbor Town. Patio is phenomenal to relax with views of the sound especially after kids went to bed. I cannot say enough good things about the actual villa. Absolutely phenomenal!
Now, for the deal breaker. On our last vacation, we were able to get up, drive to the beach club, park and go to the beach. Apparently, this is now not an option. Not an issue, we are steps away from the Trolley stop at Harbor Town and the Blue Line takes you straight to the beach club. Not ideal, but we figured we would make it work. So we go to get on the trolley, and, come to find out, we’re weren’t supposed to bring “Beach Stuff” (chairs, small cooler and kids toys) to the Beach Club on the Blue line trolley. They wanted us to drive to a separate parking lot (Lot 8) and catch a trolley at this separate location, which does not make any sense for someone staying right beside a trolley stop that goes to the Beach Club. What is the purpose of running a trolley to the Beach Club if people are not actually going to the beach? As a solution, I’d argue that any trolley going to the Beach Club should have a hitch mount on the back for the “Beach stuff”. It was such a huge hassle, that we will likely not return to Sea Pines and the Schooner Court area next year for our vacation. Several families attempting to do the same as us are in the same boat and will likely not be returning. If I were an owner, I would be furious as this single issue could drive away potential renters.
Again, the place is great, but getting to and from the Beach Club is downright awful. Also, make sure the company calls the Harbor Town pool to get you access. We got turned away when we went, and were told we had to drive to the office to get the property manager to call us in a pass. Not a huge issue but seemed like our phone call to the office have handled the situation.

Regretfully, Vacasa does not manage the trolley nor its access and accessibility. We apologize for the issues that you experienced and do hope that we may host you again in the future.

We spent a week in this beautiful townhouse for a family reunion. The home was very clean and furnished perfectly with everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen that was open to the living area and a gorgeous water view. Bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and the washer and dryer on the second floor was so convenient. Every detail of this home was first class! We enjoyed the outdoor space to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night. The location was just what we wanted so we could walk all around Harbour Town and catch the trolley. Anyone considering this property will love it! Many thanks to the owners for sharing their home with our family. We would definitely rent it again.

The condo is our new favorite Sea Pines rental. It was very clean (I am picky) and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as was all of the furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware not the typical rental cookware. Our favorite spot was the large patio table. The view was beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect. Its right in the hustle and bustle of Harbor Town but as soon as you get inside you feel like you are miles away. Its very quiet inside and also outside on the patio. The rental company was very nice and responsive. We will definitely be booking this condo again.
Home away from home. Immaculately clean beautiful spacious townhome with wonderful amenities (well stocked kitchen grill) patio displaying stunning views of Calibogue Sound. A perfect location there in Harbour Town close to the marina lighthouse restaurants shops and the community pool. Ample parking. Had rental bikes and a rental crib with high chair that I ordered ready to go when we arrived. Enjoyed everything Sea Pines had to offer... Amazing beach,miles of bike trails stables and the Forest Preserve world class golf and a festive 4th of Juky fireworks show. Our family created wonderful memories. We felt lucky to be there. Highly recommended.
