We chose this home for two main reasons; dog friendly and a one level, easily accessible for those with limited mobility. Would definitely recommend this location. Comfortable beds, nice showers. Would recommend you contacting the owner before your trip if you are expecting certain items to be supplied. There were several things I would have liked to know were not provided before my stay, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

Modern. New. Great location. Ample amenities and parking. Very confusing check-in and not great communication. On check-out, asked for unreasonable things like putting garbage somewhere, but not clear where.

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, modern, and comfortable. The main rooms were comfortable for all of us to be in and we could all fit on the couch.

My kids loved the triple bunk beds.

The location was perfect and we were happy with our stay.

Beds were a little hard but nothing major to complain about.

This house is beautiful with plenty of spacing and a large yard, as advertised. However, there were several things that were concerning and I would not recommend renting this Airbnb / “Vacasa”.

1. You cannot get a hold of any of the “hosts”. This rental is owned by an entirely different company that also rents over 400 properties. I’ve called and texted multiple numbers, messaged the host on AirBnb, and could not get a hold of anyone. The initial number that was given to me after my reservation was confirmed, was a Vacasa customer service line that informs you the wait time is over 60 minutes. I called numbers listed on the fridge only to find out those numbers were out of service. This is a concern for any potential emergencies that could occur.

2. Listing says there is an option to check-out late, however since you can’t reach anyone for this rental, the option to check-out later than 10:00 am is unrealistic.

3. Although there are plenty of plates and silverware, the pots and Tupperware bowls are definitely limited. If you plan to have as many guest that this rental allows, I would not recommend cooking as there are not enough pots and Tupperware to store food in.

4. There are literally no garbage cans. You have to store your full trash cans to your car, and dispose of them to the nearest dumpster. Very inconvenient and this is not stated in the listing. This made things difficult for a three night stay.

5. For the reasons above, I would not recommend staying here for the price I had paid. I still have yet to receive a response to any of the many attempts I made to speak to the host of this rental.

We have provided emergency numbers on the fridge for guest use. There is no roadside garbage service in this area, so guests do need to take their trash with them. The location and the house are beautiful. It is brand new and really nice. They are missing some essential kitchen items so bring what you need. Great space and good for families. House was not cleaned super well. There were dirty dishes, bugs in all the showers and food and toys under the couches and table. know that getting a hold of the rental company is NOT easy. They still have not responded to any of my messages that’s were sent 3 weeks ago. Really really awful customer service. I rented through Airbnb thinking I would get a host and I didn’t. It was not a good feeling.

This place is the best home I rented in bear lake. I didn’t have to buy anything had all the dishes and supply I needed to use in this house. We will definitely be renting this home again. Very comfy new home 🥰 !!!!!

Plenty of space. New house. Comfortable furniture. Was missing a few things like coffee cups, a mop, and a shoe rack would have been nice. Coffee maker was type that uses pods and was slow to brew. None of that would prevent me from going back. Beautiful views, close to town. I'm impressed!

New place with nice furniture and appliances. We did have a few problems which I attributed to newbies in the STR business. Coffee maker was a kuerig type and no starter pods were provided. There were no coffee cups or directions on where to take garbage. No cable, but Watchfree channels that did not have local news. Bunk beds are for children or smaller adults. Most important, we called Vacasa and they said someone would call us. Amy did do a safety check upon arrival, but did not leave contact number. No one called us back. Basically poor communication.

This home was more than we could have hoped for! It is GORGEOUS and still smells brand new! I want to come back to Bear Lake just to stay at this home. The pictures and description are accurate. We had an issue with the AC, but called and were able to get that fixed immediately. We were so pleased with this rental! Can't wait to come back!
