Situated near downtown, you'll be within walking distance to just about everything. Grab a coffee from KaVe Roaster & Bakery or sample some hard cider at Chelan Craft Cider, both next to the entrance of Park Pointe. Cross the road and you'll be at Chelan City Park and the best sandy beach on the lake. There you'll find a large swimming area, playground, and putt-putt golf, as well as boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. Stroll along Chelan's main street, only three-quarters of a mile away, for local shops, delicious eateries, and live music every weekend. Take a quick drive to even more family-friendly fun at Slidewater's or explore the valley's 30 plus wineries. There's something fun for everyone!

Lots of space, comfortable furniture, beautiful views and well equipped kitchen / grill. East walking distance to downtown Chelan, park, lake etc. Two minor negative points: the apartment was not equipped with a hairdryer or shower products which I’ve come to expect from vacation rentals and the bed in the larger room is very very soft (pillow top mattress) which just doesn’t suit us!!

We absolutely loved this condo!
The location was just a short walk to town and across the street from the park and lake. The views off the back deck we're amazing with our morning coffee and just a short 5 min drive to the gold course. Cannot wait to book again :)

We have stayed at Park Pointe many times over the years and this was our first experience with issues. The apartment was absolutely filthy when we arrived, and the AC was not working. We called management immediately. They sent over someone to fix the ac, and scheduled a cleaning. The maintenance guy came pretty quickly, and said it had frozen. He blamed us for turning the ac below 70. (we had been there for no more than 20 minutes when he showed up) We discovered about half way through the weekend the issue was the chair that had been pushed against the wall blocking the intake vent (which was also filthy) once we moved the chair the ac worked great. The carpets need replacing as they are stained and disgusting. The kitchen floor had not been mopped (we dripped some water unpacking the cooler and when I went to dry it up the white spot against the rest of the floor was appalling) There was food crumbs molding in the corners of the kitchen floor and I had to clean someone else's food off the front of the cabinets. Also hundreds of dead bugs in the window sills. Very, very disappointing. I will say Amelia with management was very helpful and friendly and did her best, but the lack of cleaning was a big issue for us and we would never rent this unit again.

Perfect spot to come back to after a hot day out on the boat and in the city. Beds were comfortable and the whole space was clean and homey. Parking onsite for a boat/trailer was a very big benefit to the rental.

Everything was good. Exactly as desribed and would rent again. Loved being on top floor so there was no ceiling noise.
