My family and I stayed at the Skyview Chalet in October and it was everything we expected. The view from the back deck during peak foliage season was breathtaking. The house is plenty big and had everything we needed! Make sure to check the propane tank in the grill before you plan on using! The proximity to Cannon Mountain and towns such as Littleton and Lincoln for dinner was just what we wanted’

This property has the most beautiful sunsets. The outdoor furniture is old but comfortable for watching the sun go down. There is a Weber grill which worked wonderfully. The bathrooms are clean and modern with plenty of towels. The bedrooms are cozy and there are plenty of extra blankets, a heater and fans if needed. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There was no salt/ pepper or sugar so bring your own. Also, you are required to use "provided" purple trash bags to drop off at the Transfer Station this is 10 minutes away and not a problem but we did not have the purple bags and had to buy them. So make sure whoever cleans in between provides these. The neighborhood is great for a simple short walk after dinner. There is a full working fireplace with plenty of firewood. You are in the mountains yet you do not feel isolated. We hiked Mount Washington and the kids went ATVing and had a blast. This is a dog friendly neighborhood and everyone was so welcoming. I would not recommend this home if you have toddlers, there are raised nails and compromised railings on the deck . Littleton is 10 minutes away and full of great shopping and coffee! We liked the Crumb Bar. We very much enjoyed our long weekend away and would recommend this home.

After four decades of renting a dozen Mittersill chalets, my family considers this one to have the best view, due to the panoramic windows and balcony! We would have felt even better if the stairs from the driveway had a handrail and if the outside floodlights (and more of the inside lights) had worked and if the living room blind on the carpet had been in place with all other blinds. Those concerns aside, we greatly enjoyed our first stay in this lovely home.

The SkyView Chalet worked very well for us this past ski season. The Living/ Dining Room is large and comfortable which made entertaining easy and the view from the Living Area is hard to beat! Furniture & Decor is appropriate for a ski house and bedding is better than any other seasonal rental so far.

The property was well maintained and comfortable, and clean. The views were magnificent. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great experience with the family. Stayed during 4th of July weekend. Property had a perfect view. You could see out for miles just from the dining room table. I would definitely return with the family. Especially during the winter season.
