This is possibly the most enchanting place I have ever laid my head! Truly it feels like a treehouse for the child that lingers in us all. From the private deck wrapped around giant, gentle trees to the surprise, sun-drenched daybed at the tippy-top of the tree house tower, this abode never fails to delight. Anything you might need is thoughtfully provided, although you would not want to try and cook a Thanksgiving feast in the modestly equipped kitchen. From the minute I arrived I knew that this dreamy tree retreat will be my #1 recommendation for out of town traveler's to rest their weary bones. If I could I would rate this fantastical retreat a 6 out of 5 stars! Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

Great location at the Base of Mt. Tabor. Went for lots of walks in the park. Newer construction and lots of great workmanship and touches. Small and quaint just as expected. Stayed there for a week and it worked very well with the small kitchenette to prepare various meals. Outdoor deck with grill is a great place to hang out when the sun is shining. I would go back to this property again.

Items of note are that there is only one sink (kitchen) in the unit so that is where all duties take place including those normally performed in a bathroom. Wasn’t an issue for this renter / occupant but some may find it odd.

WiFi was intermittent while inside the house. I believe the modem/router was most likely in the Main house close by.

Constructive Criticism for the Property:
There are provisions for a TV in the main room next to the cozy wood burning fire place. Having a TV in that main room would be nice while preparing meals, eating or simply hanging out while the rain comes down. That aside, there is a TV upstairs in the bedroom if one needs to get their fix.

Overall this is a wonderful getaway location / property.

Just a peaceful, charming, and well built little house. I was in town for a job interview and this was a perfect place for me to put my mind in the right place. I can’t say enough of how nice it was. My kids were jealous they couldn’t make the trip and I’ve promised to bring them back.

This Tree House is very well constructed and peaceful. Great place for a staycay too. Price is better than any hotel in Portland and surrounding area.

This is the first time my wife and I stayed in a tree-housing type rental and we were beyond blown away! The build quality of this tree home is top notch, with quality materials and wooden intricacies throughout. The minimalism and functional aspects of this structure appeared to be thoroughly planned out to the finest detail. I really loved hanging out in the little loft room at the very top, where you're surrounded by trees and rooftops as far as you can see. The neighborhood was very quiet and there's a beautiful park, with large historic water reserves, just across the street, where we went out for refreshing walks. We stayed in this rental for a couple nights to relax and do some life planning. This place was absolutely perfect for that and we're glad that we decided to go with this very unique and memorable experience.

I loved the quality of the house construction, the lock box, the fresh coffee beans, grinder, almond milk and cinnamon sugar that was there waiting for me. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower hot and the solitude was wonderful. I say "not for me" because I am 70 years old, and there were two stories of stairs to get to house, plus a spiral staircase that brings you to the bedroom. Even the bed was difficult to get in, as it is raised and very high. If you are youngish, spry and don't mind stairs, you will probably like the tree house very much.

Incredible unique tiny home stay in the heart of Portland. Close to shopping and food. This place has every amenity you need, and lots of personal touches throughout. You can tell the renter is thoughtful. Coffee, tea, and oatmeal was provided. We had a cup on the deck and enjoyed the weather. Clean and very new. Definitely worth checking out!
