This mountain home was great. We enjoyed the large deck and sunset views. There is a nice place to gather around a fire as well. Home was well furnished.

The home was great And the view is amazing our only issue was communication with the property management company
Manager response:
Lorrie, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. We sincerely apologize for any issues you had when attempting to get a hold of us. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!

Beautiful home and vacation! Had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The driveway is a little tricky but we had a Dodge 2500 4 wheel drive and a Yukon Denali 4 wheel drive but never had to use the 4 wheel drive but glad we had it. However, don't recommend small cars or front wheel drive if the snow is heavy.
The views were amazing! We had deer come visit the backyard for breakfast and even thought we saw a bear. Occasional moose and other wildlife were always out and about! Love it here in Granby! Lots to do! Winter Park about 20 minutes away and Fraser about 10 minutes away. Sledding, skiing, snow mobiling and fishing all within 10-30 minutes of us. Will definitely go back!

Grandview was great for my family of 5 during our annual ski trip to Granby Ranch. A little difficult to find initially, but a quick call to the property manager helped. A snow plow serviced the shared road, but still required 4x4 to navigate. Entrance to garage is very narrow and steep, but we fit with a full size extended SUV and found it easier to back in. Enter from the garage to a mudroom and laundry, then upstairs for a well appointed kitchen, large dining table, and comfy living area. There’s a beautiful view from the living room and lots of natural light. There’s a great gas fireplace and large TV with limited channels. We connected our laptop to watch movies because the channels were so limited. The main floor also has a small room with a bed and a powder room, as well as, the first (smaller) of two masters. Mattresses were firm, but good quality and offered a good night of sleep. The en suite baths didn’t have doors, so not ideal for showering/getting ready without disturbing your partner/roommate if they’re still in bed. Also, the small “bed”room didn’t have a closet or access to a full bath and would require that guest to shower in the downstairs master bath or one of the upstairs baths. Upstairs there’s a second, larger master with a TV, but there wasn’t any type of cable service, so it was unusable without connecting to a laptop or dvd/Blu-ray player/game console via HDMI. There were no DVDs/movies provided. Again, no door between the master and bath, but toilet is closed off for privacy. Small shower and soaking tub (no jets) in each master bath with double sinks. Towels were good quality and starter of mini soap/shampoo provided. Suggest taking your own toiletries and toilet tissue. Also upstairs is another two good sized bedrooms with walk in closets, joined by a shared double vanity with doors to each bedroom and a door closing off the toilet and shower. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding. With the exception of an overlooked spill in the oven, crumbs in the microwave, a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, and paper wads left behind the couch, we found the home to be exceptionally clean. The only thing not working was the ice maker, so pick up a bag of ice in town. Good location a short drive from the ski area. Definitely missed having a hot tub and was disappointed to find no jets in the soaking tubs. There are a lot of stairs and the air is thin. Impossible to enter/function without climbing stairs, so not suitable for elderly/feeble, toddlers, or anyone who has trouble breathing after climbing stairs. Very nice furnishings and decor. Overall, this is a great home away from home, and I’d highly recommend it for families with teens or perhaps two couples with children.
