What a dream this home is! Featuring a covered deck and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the 2nd tee at Harbour Town Golf Links, this is the perfect place to call home for your stay on the island. With spacious bedrooms and an updated kitchen, up to eight guests can get comfortable and feel at home. Open a bottle of wine and sit out on the back deck watching the golfers pass by or spend an evening whipping up a few burgers on the gas grill for the whole group. When the night winds down, take advantage of the many flatscreen TVs and watch a favourite movie while dozing off to sleep.

Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links - where they play the famed RBC Heritage golf tournament, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic lighthouse. I know it's a vacation rental, but maybe try to make me feel like it's not. The house is lovely, but it's the little things that irk you the most. I got the sense the owner or Vacasa is pinching some pennies. The sliding glass door only opens about a quarter of the way. You have to walk sideways through it. The dishwasher was temperamental. Missing kickplate makes me think this was an ongoing issue. The wifi network Vacasa gives you doesn't exist. I had to use 5G guest wifi from the router. Slooooow. A previous review mentioned the grass height. That was still an issue during my stay. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work. That probably needs to work during July. I know you can call to have all this stuff looked at during your stay, but who wants to deal with service guys on vacation?

Hi, Chris! We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to read there were any disappointments with your experience. This home is currently transitioning owners, and the new owners plan on replacing the sliding door. The dishwasher is scheduled to be inspected, and the internet provider has already addressed the WiFi. Our landscaping servicer is now fully staffed again after COVID shutdowns and is on top of our lawn care. We have verified the ceiling fan is operational and are happy to instruct our guests on how to use it if they need assistance. Though we certainly understand that many guests prefer not to have a technician enter their vacation rental property during their stay, especially with the current COVID concerns, we ask that guests please not hesitate to reach out to us whenever there is an issue during their stay. Many issues are able to be resolved by our property managers by troubleshooting or explaining proper operation right over the phone. Guests can also report issues and request that the issue be addressed after they depart. In any case, we certainly appreciate the feedback and hope you enjoyed your vacation on Hilton Head Island!

Location was great for going anywhere in Sea Pines. Separate baths in each bedroom gave everyone their own space and privacy. The view from the rear of the house to the course was awesome!

Inside was great but the grass outside was way too high. We saw some snakes and were concerned for the kids.

The unit was in good shape for a vacation rental, But the dishes, silverware, and glasses were all dirty. Ther was still food on the silverware and lip marks on the wine glasses.
