This place was beautiful. Bob was extremely friendly and accommodating. Fantastic views and we were even directed to a nice swimming spot!

This place was FANTASTIC! Went up here for a long weekend with 6 guys.

Arrival was nice and easy, with perfect directions and instructions on how to get to the home and get inside. Once inside, you won't believe your eyes. It is even better in person than in the pictures. It was SPOTLESS. The attention to detail was amazing. Inside is brand new, with the finest appliances to cook with, and it even has central AC that will set the temperature nicely. Outside of the house, is nice grass area surrounding it, and it even has a basketball court. (this might not seem like a big deal, but this is the only place we have stayed that has a basketball court, so this was pretty awesome) In addition, there was also a dedicated fire pit with some nice outdoor furniture to sit on as you cook S'mores around the fire. Back inside the house, when it was time to sleep we all slept like babies. The mattresses were brand new and super comfortable. Bob the owner of the property happened to be there while we were there, and he was extremely professional and assisted us if we needed anything. The owners of this property have really thought about everything and they go above and beyond to make sure that this is the best place to rent a house on Moosehead lake.

I guess if I were to provide any feedback, it would be in regards to there only being 1 bathroom. With 6 men, it became a little hard to find bathroom time. The shower was not the issue though. So I guess depending on your group you may want to consider how you will share the bathroom.

Otherwise, we couldn't complain, we went hiking at the local Big Moose Mountain, and the water is only 50 feet away from the house, so we made sure to jump in and enjoy the water the whole weekend.

the last thing, if you are thinking of this place for the winter, it looks like it would be PERFECT. As somebody who has been ice-fishing Moosehead for the last 5 years, this is definitely a place you want in the winter as well.

The bottom line, it was perfect, and I think that for anybody thinking about renting this place, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

thank you to bob and everyone else who made Woods & Water Lodge such a great experience.
